Every mailing list subscriber (100%) are OPT-IN subscribers with a date and IP address proving the OPT-IN event occurred. Unsubscribe requests links are placed at the bottom of every mass-mailing we send and a single click OPT-OUT option is offered and is effective 100% of the time when it is used.
